Quick tip: Most of us work in cubes or home offices when we’re not meeting with prospects. Those offices have some very valuable space you might not be maximizing, your walls! Get rid of the posters and put up something you’ll use.
Not sure what to put there, here’s a couple ideas:
- A piece of documentation you’re always referring back to
- A cheat sheet for often used (or esoteric) CLI commands
- 3 talking points against any possible competitor you will encounter
- Small whiteboards
- Something you’re trying to memorize
Most people don’t realize you can laminate documents at home for less than a dollar and the machines themselves are now super cheap. Here is my recommendation, but they all probably work well.
